Volunteering at Weston

Do you have a few hours to spare?

Have a you a few hours a week to spare? Would you like to join our fantastic team of volunteers?

Weston Park was gifted to the nation in 1986 by the 7th Earl of Bradford and is vested in the Weston Park Foundation, a registered charity, responsible for the preservation, maintenance of the magnificent house, collections and parkland.

We currently have a team of over 100 volunteers who play a vital role in supporting the Foundation and we are always looking for new to volunteers to help in a variety of different ways.

Roles include assisting in the Rose Paterson Art Gallery, guiding visitors in the House, supporting the gardeners, undertaking research or helping to deliver our educational output.

I really enjoy volunteering at Weston. I have made some great friends and we have access to the estate all year round plus great celebratory events like our Volunteers Afternoon Tea treat

Looking for a place to spend your volunteering days?

Our corporate volunteering opportunity is great for groups looking to make a meaningful impact, support conservation efforts and build team morale.

There is the ‘family atmosphere’ among all of the Weston team. Meeting visitors and telling them about Weston is always worthwhile. It’s a pleasure to spend time in such magnificent surroundings with lovely people.
