The Snug can seat up to 50 people – perfect for family celebrations, friends getting together or colleagues having an informal business meeting.
Whether it’s a special family celebration, baby or bridal shower, anniversary party, celebration of life, or simply a special meal out with friends and family, the Snug can be hired at no extra cost.

- With delicious seasonal menus, a fully stocked bar of all your favourite aperitifs and the ability to decorate the Snug to suit your occasion – the Snug is both stylish and unique.
- Celebrate your special occasion, your way in the Snug at the Granary Restaurant.
- There is no additional room hire charge for the Snug.

Meetings in the Snug
- A meeting in the Snug provides delegates with a relaxed space, including delicious food and the freedom to have your meeting, your way.
- Our Day Delegate package includes welcome tea, coffee and pastries, a delicious two course lunch, followed by scrumptious afternoon cakes, coffee and tea.
- £37.20 inc VAT per delegate – Package includes complimentary parking, WiFi, digital screen, and flipchart.
- The Snug is also available for room hire only, bookable for either half-day or full-day use. Catering options are available and can be quoted separately.
- £175 inc VAT – Full Day Room Hire
- £100 inc VAT – Half Day Room Hire (morning or afternoon)

Our seasonal menus
Our chefs make all of our dishes daily using the finest local and seasonal produce, sourcing fruit and vegetables from the Walled Garden and Orchards and using ingredients from trusted artisan suppliers.
Menus reflect the changing seasons from local asparagus to spring lamb to estate reared venison and warm apple crumble. There are crowd pleasers aplenty including the sensational starters, delicious mains annd tempting desserts as well as a traditional Sunday Roast with vegetables straight from the Walled Garden.
