Pink
Cottage

An idyllic romantic retreat

Nestled in the depths of Temple Wood, Pink Cottage is a romantic retreat which sleeps two.  Built in the 18th century it was originally Lady Bridgeman’s Retreat where, according to her diaries she would write letters, read and drink tea.

Now the Pink Cottage is a haven from busy lives and offers a tranquil retreat and is the perfect hideaway for two.  Set over one floor you will find a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, unique sitting room with a wood burning stove and glass doors opening out to the garden, cosy bedroom and luxurious bathroom.

The design scheme reflects the colour palette and history of the cottage with sugared almonds, muted greys, oak furniture, chunky rugs and playful design features.

Guests have a large private garden with a terrace and garden furniture – perfect for warm summer nights.

Pink Cottage is set in a clearing in the heart of Temple Wood and is surrounded by 1,000 acres of Capability Brown parkland.  The Weston Park Foundation, has given the Pink Cottage a new lease of life balancing comfort and modernity whilst remaining sympathetic to it’s heritage thus providing a rare opportunity to stay in the heart of this historic estate.

The Pink Cottage is dog friendly, we welcome one medium or two small well behaved dogs at a charge of £45 per stay.

“Paradise found! A stunning place.  The secluded setting amongst the woods is perfect.  We loved sitting in the gorgeous garden listening to the birds and watching squirrels chase each other in the trees.  The décor is exquisite and cosy.  We didn’t want to leave!”
