Dairy Green Flat

Tucked away within the historic Weston Park estate, Dairy Green Flat is situated in the Victorian service wing of the main House.  The Victorian household was typically demarcated by its responsibilities and, as the name suggests, the wing is very close to the former dairies allowing the maids to be close to their place of work.

It has been restored over the years and is now a two bedroomed apartment that offers a great alternative to hotels or short term lets for the business traveller. It is designed for those that need more than just a place to sleep – whether you are working in the region on a long term basis, re-locating or navigating a period of transition – Dairy Green Flat is home from home.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests and has been thoughtfully designed to bring you all the home comforts you would expect. It is spacious, has two double bedrooms and is ideal for unwinding after a long day or settling into more remote work with reliable WiFi throughout.

A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for quick weekday breakfasts to relaxed evening meals.

Life here is deliberately unhurried.  Set away from the main roads, the apartment is surrounded by Capability Brown landscapes and ancient woodland, offering a rare quiet space to relax at the end of the working day.

The Granary Restaurant is just a short walk away, ideal for meeting client or colleagues for breakfast or lunch or simply for a change of scenery.

Whilst the setting is peaceful, Weston is exceptionally well connected and close to the M6 motorway network and train stations. Commuting to Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and other key business centres is straightforward.

Dairy Green Flat is only available for medium to long-term lets (not available for leisure stays)
