Our New Limited Edition Gins!

Meet our new limited edition gins!

This summer, we have two new fruity additions to the Weston Park Gin Family – Walled Garden Rhubarb Gin & Walled Garden Strawberry Gin!

Both of these gins use rhubarb and strawberries that have been grown in our four-acre Walled Garden and have been handpicked by our team of Gardeners. Our Walled Garden Rhubarb Gin is mixed with notes of lemon thyme and lavender to give it a sweet yet sharp taste whilst our Strawberry Gin is mixed with orange and grapefruit, offering a taste of British summertime in a bottle. 

Martin Page, General Manager at Weston Park says: ‘We are absolutely delighted to be adding two new gins into our collection. The gins celebrate the collaboration between our gardeners and the kitchen and offer a taste of summer in a bottle. Our Head Chef is already looking at ways that we can use these gins in recipes throughout the summer.’
