From estate to plate

Here at Weston we believe passionately in fresh produce, supporting local artisan food heroes and crafting dishes that not only taste delicious but look fantastic too.  Our Head Chef Dan Winter is inspired by the produce that we grow on the estate from vegetables and herbs from the Walled Garden, fruit from the Orchards to estate reared venison.

From the classic English Afternoon Tea, satisfying working lunches and exquisite fine dining banquets, Dan and his team will work with you to create the food experience you are looking for.
