Unwind and find inner peace with our new Tai Chi for relaxation class held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the Rose Paterson Art Gallery.

Join us for a gentle and soothing practice that combines deep breathing and slow, flowing movements to calm the mind and relax the body. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for those looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of well-being. Come experience the healing power of Tai Chi and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

No special equipment needed, just wear comfortable clothing, soft shoes and bring a bottle of water.
