Need a business events venue? The Snug makes the perfect place to do business in tranquil surroundings.

A meeting in the Snug provides delegates with a relaxed meeting space, including delicious food and the freedom to have your meeting, your way.

Start your introductions with tea, coffee and fresh pastries before getting down to business for the morning. Enjoy a delicious two course lunch freshly prepared from the Granary Restaurant followed by scrumptious afternoon cakes, coffee and tea.

From birthdays and anniversaries, to special occasions and baby showers, the Snug can seat up to 50 guests and allows you to have your celebration your way.

With delicious seasonal menus, a fully stocked bar of all your favourite aperitifs and the ability to decorate the Snug to suit your occasion – the Snug is both stylish and unique.

Our seasonal menus

Head Chef Anna Moore leads a team of passionate and talented chefs who make all our dishes daily using the finest local and seasonal produce, sourcing fruit and vegetables from the Walled Garden and Orchards and using ingredients from trusted artisan suppliers.

Menus reflect the changing seasons from local asparagus to spring lamb to estate reared venison and warm apple crumble.  There are crowd pleasers aplenty including the Weston Burger and a traditional Sunday Roast with vegetables straight from the Walled Garden.

The bar

We work with a wide range of wine merchants and artisan suppliers to bring you wines by the glass, sparkling champagne, local gin and artisan tonic and Weston’s own cocktail range.

We also have our very own Weston Park Gin range available to sample and purchase in the Granary Restaurant.
