Here at Weston we believe passionately in fresh produce, supporting local artisan food heroes and crafting dishes that not only taste delicious but look fantastic too. Our Head Chef Anna Moore is inspired by the produce that we grown on the estate from vegetables and herbs from the Walled Garden, fruit from the Orchards to estate reared venison.
