Educating Kids Outdoors

At Weston Park, we have so much heritage and a landscape of natural beauty that can both inspire and inform.

We partner with Educating Kids Outdoors (EKO) who support schools to embed outdoor learning into their school development plan whilst offering fun and exciting outdoor experiences in the historical grounds of Weston Park.

school trips

EKO at Weston Park offers award winning outdoor learning days, set in the natural beauty of 1,000 acres of historic parkland, gardens and woodland.

Whether you’re looking for a day that is focused on a particular area of the curriculum or a theme, or just an exciting day of survival skills and team challenges, EKO are able to tailor the perfect day out for the needs of your staff and pupils.

No two days are the same at EKO’s Holiday clubs!

EKO’s holiday clubs give children the chance to engage with nature and discover new things.

At Weston Park, EKO have their own dedicated EKO Outdoor Learning Site and Shelter as well as use of Weston’s 1,000 acres of wonderful for children to explore.

Holiday clubs are a great way for children to interact with the great outdoors, take part in self guided activities as well as learning about nutrition and healthy eating in the Walled Garden with visits from Steve Guy (The Hungry Guy) as well as partnering with Weston’s gardening team.
